Post Sales
- Compile key milestones from various contracts and ensure timely delivery.
- Pre-empt potential impediments and propose solutions, coordinating internally across functions and externally with customers.
- Monitor cross-commitments and prioritize among different contracts and projects.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and liaise with relevant government organizations for approvals.
- Support delivery processes and coordinate with organizations to obtain relevant receipt documents.
- Organize and coordinate customer training sessions.
Pre-Sales
- Obtain tender documents from customers and prepare submission.
- Participate in tenders, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify potential improvements in existing products.
- Assess customer requirements for new products, upgrades, and support product demonstrations and trials.
Generic duties
- Manage day-to-day correspondence and maintain organized records for both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Follow up on daily activities related to sales and support processes.
- Prepare presentations for customers and internal teams.
- Conduct customer visits and support exhibitions to showcase products.
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Aptitude for thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
